The private residence Plantation Club is the epicenter for many of the activities with Ocean Ridge Plantation. This well-appointed building hosts roughly 50 clubs and organizations, community events, and private parties. The amenities include:

The beach club also serves as a destination for some of the Ocean Ridge Plantation clubs and organization, as well as hosts parties and activities.

Community Gardens
With the mild climate of North Carolina, it is not surprising that a favorite past time for residents is gardening. The centerpiece for the Community Gardens is the original farmhouse, which provides storage for equipment and a meeting place club members and those with private plots. The Community Garden offers private plots, plots designated for the Ocean Ridge Plantation gardening club, a greenhouse, as well as a perennial garden. Private plot owners pay a modest annual fee, which helps support the cost of maintenance, watering and garden tools and equipment.
